thanks for your response, yes I did file an appeal, but it was denied,. My new evidence wasthe army and VA recognized, and accepted gulf war syndrone, and most of my claims that was denied war connected to the gulf war,. I hope if there are others out there they try the same. Also I realized that SSDI denied me because VA doctors didn.t recognize and log down gulf war complaints, This disqualified me for SSDI, which let my time or quota range run out. so they only gave me SSI after my time ran out, This seems, like conspiracy on their part. so now they cut My SSI, Because my VA is 60 % or mare than 600.dollars. I writing my senator and she is trying or making an effort, but everything she does They find a reason not to pay me. we need to get on this,. I noticed that very few people are responding to this site, we need a way to get the people moving.

You MAY want to look into the "clear and unmistakable error" clauses.

Also, due to the VA shredding scandal, I plan to re-open my claims from the 90's. I fully expect to have to take them to the travelling BVA board but Ill cross that bridge when I come to it.

Whenever you ask "can it be done" dont forget someone has to be the first one to hit the wire. If you cant find a proper leader, become one!

Ifirst filed for gulf war syndrone. which included joint pain, muscle spasm, stomach disorder, alergies to chemicals,. now that these things has come out to be true,. they have named them all differently,.my joints they were trying to tie them to a injury, on active duty, muscle spasm, same thing active duty, stomach disorder they finally says irritable bile syndrone, chemical allergies, now is multiple chemical sensativity. I have tried to explain to them these are one in the same just name and wording has changed. It seems simple alergies to chemicals, joint and muscle pain, I am being paid 10% finally for my Irritable bile syndrone, but it has been there for years, as stomach disorder, and acid reflux,. what happens when i get in contact with certain house hold chemicals cleaners paints perfumes gas, oil, i want to vomit, and my get hard then the runs, then cramps. on meds since 96. I could explain my problems further but there are two many.

You may want to check out http://www.gulfwarvets.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi or http://vets.yuku.com/bvetbenefits for more info on Gulf War Syndrome.

I am a 1991 veteran myself but I filed under Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, currently at 20% pending appeal.
