Does anyone know of a lawyer in the Northern California area that can do VA tort and claims?

I filed for my claim last January and was denied because the military lost my records of treatment from Ft. Devens. In addition, during a "female" exam, I was slightly burned from the spectrum being too hot and the nurse practitioner, doctor and patient Advocate are trying to cover things up. I have until this October to file my tort, however, I still have as of yet to find assistance to help me with my claim.

I've gone to the DAV, they stated that it was out of their hands and above them. The American Legion messed up my original claim so badly that I was denied and it is now laughable. Dian Feinstein's office dropped the ball and for their congressional request, all they requested from the VA was to ask if I had a claim open. Then my local Senators and Congressperson office, both referred me to the other and both stated that they would not help me. I've tried the USO, however, the one that is a two hour drive away referred me to the gentle man about hour from me, but it has been close to six months and he hasn't returned my calls. I've also met with the Vet Rep with the EDD and she stated that she will pass my information on to the same USO gentleman to assist, however, I still have yet to get contacted and I've been calling weekly to ask for a meeting since I'm about a month out now from the SOL running out.
