This name has come up enough
times in the Veterans arena
to where it is worth a moment
of clarification to all Veterans
who are seeking licensed
attornies for cases.

It's an anomaly at best and
it's hard to find the middle
ground about how to talk
about W. Robb Graham's law
practice.

What all Veterans should
know first, is that W. Robb
Graham is a real lawyer
and does do Veterans court
cases and does have as
many as 3 different websites
if you happen to go out to
Google for mass retrieval
on HITS and leads for lawyers.

The problem none of you are
picking up on is that Attorney
Graham does not take cases which
are outside of the states of
either New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
His one website at:
http://www.vamalpractice.com
does not clarify this point
in so far as I could tell.

But when you get into his
other 2 websites, at:
http://www.wrobbgrahamlaw.com
http://www.federaltortclaim.com
only then does the reality
set in that he has a limited
and exclusive state practice
which is wholly locked into
New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

On a personal note, I have
already approached him at
least 3 different times
on verified matters and
he still won't come out from
underneath his rock and
take cases across state
lines, and consider the
fact that I am in New York
which is not far from
New Jersey.

More disturbing is that
his VAMALPRACTICE website
makes a lot of noise and
wild claims that the rest
of us can NOT substantiate.

You can believe me if some
Vietnam Vet in some other state
just finished getting millions
of dollars from the VA on a
malpractice case, then you can
take it to the bank that a whole
lotta, lotta, lotta, lotta,
people who are out here daily
in the Veterans circuit would
somehow, even if accidentally,
pick up that kind of news because
it would carry up and down
the Internet like wildfire.

None of these cases ARE
anywhere to be found in
our Vets arena and that is
cause for concern with
Robb Graham's website. In
so far as we can all tell,
the wild boasting on this
website is all baloney.

Attorney Graham does claim
to be a former Navy JAG
Officer doing automobile
claims Defense for the Navy.
This could be true, we
don't know for sure. But
for a guy who puts out
3 separate websites for
a lousy 2-state practice,
this to me is something
to be suspicious of.

Keep in mind that licensed
attornies who decide to
practice either in Federal
Tort or federal VA cases,
can and do offer a practice
across all state lines.
They simply file a special
$100 check with other Bar
papers with the District
Court of choice, and they
are automatically allowed
to practice in that court
across state lines [ in case
you didn't know it ].

More often what we are
seeing in this Veterans arena
is a full blown, national
lawyers BOYCOTT against
Veterans cases. It's not
that they cannot cross
state lines, it's just
they are refusing to do
so because they really don't
want Veterans cases to begin
with.

So if you come up on the
VA MALPRACTICE website again
on your Google searches,
you will now know the rest
of the real story on W. Robb
Graham. If you live in New
Jersey or Pennsylvania, then
you can use him, if you
live outside of those states
then you cannot.

Really, I don't know what
he is thinking.

In my search for an attorney, I contacted this guy too. From what I got--he could work with a local attorney. Humm. Anyway Larry Scott said he had had good reports about Graham (Graham advertises on Larry's site) but said in no uncertain terms that he (Larry) could not recommend ANY attorney. Well the above post sort of shoots big ideas about Graham down. Damm, and I was waiting for his return call after contacting his office 2 days ago--after not hearing anything after the email I sent 2 weeks ago. I only saw the one website--and I must say it's a good sales job. Back to square one.
