As you all know, we are standing by
waiting on the court ruling on the
Veterans San Diego cases against the
VA which have apparently completed
final arguments and are pending
the outcome of the case.

The Veterans groups have posted
their side of the case documents,
absent of the replies from the VA,
and that LINK is included for you
below. As soon as we get an
announcement on the ruling, we will
have it posted here at Vets for
Justice.
