Veteran's, have to stand together, and we have to let this government know; that we are no longer going to stay silent when it violates our rights.
The government is to big for any one of us to challange by our self's, but if we stand together; we can over come the odds. I encourage every veteran to step forward if their right's have been violated by a government agencey. I posted this notice because I beleive that this issue has to be discussed; please let me know what you think. |

I APPEALED TO THE PRESIDENT,SENATOR WEBB DUE TO TOTAL LACK OF JUSTICE AND VIOLATION OF MY CHILDREN AND MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND DISABILITY RIGHTS OVER A SEVEN YEAR PERIOD.

Hi my fellow veterans, I am also going through this nightmare. At this time the I have plans to take the State of SC and its Gov., Attorney general, the Court, Judge and her attorney to federal Court. We have violation of Jurisdiction here, there is a anti assignment to third parties. The courts are clearly in violation. Next problem is, Judicial misconduct, the Federal Law is written clearly, prohibited from any assignment to third parties. VA being party number one, the Disabled veteran being party number two. They are violationg the word prohibited, and cannot show the word exception in this Federal Law. So now the court order is illegal, Courts cannot require you to violate Federal Law or go to jail. But this is being done, here is Judicial misconduct. While the State the judge resides in can exempt them from lawsuits, State Judges are not protected from Federal Law suits, and since the state has sole responsibility of the courts and their conduct drag them in to the lawsuit. It will take this for the Courts of all States to finally respect Federal Law. Unfortunately in the Federal system nobody enforces the violation of this law. It should be the Attorney Generals office clearly notifying states that fail to abide by this law, they will face Federal charges. So file a complaint with the US attorney Generals office. Also our elected leaders either ignore or claim this is a civil matter. It is not civil when a Federal Law is being broken. It is criminal. After the US Attorney Generals office ignores to enforce, then you have failure to police. And this means they are in violation of not enforcing the Federal law they are duty bound to protect. But you should pass it on to all you know, to start electing those officials who champion this cause, and vote out those that do not show leadership abilities in enforcing Federal Laws. There is the 5301 club hosted by JereBeery, it is a good, it is a wonderful support group, they have a veterans hall of shame on the internet, judges and lawyers who openly violate the Federal Law are displayed for the world to see. My feloow veterans you are right, the veterans organizations have done absolutely nothing, why during this election year are they so silent over this injustice. I am a member of the PVA and all I got is we dont deal in these issues legally. But as you now know its about money and nothing for the veterans. Medicare is being cut and these groups sit by with their mouths shut. I think we need just one group and one voice, and send the message of how the care turns Walter Reed style when you are with VA, our elected officials state they were appalled by the care at Walter Reed, but think this poor care is ok, once you are in the VA system, if you feel the gratitude of our elected officials, it will only be what you sit on and it is painful, no warm fuzzies in the heart. But we must bring this to the public, and allow them to join in, what these courts and leaders fail to realize, our new veterans are now hearing of this, no longer will volunteers come forth, to be disabled and have their rights stripped from them. Wake up America, if you dont take care of your veterans, a draft will have to come. Their is no time to sit on the fence anymore, make your voice heard, and your votes count, and when they come for votes, ask them this question why Disability pay is being stripped from veterans and given to able bodied spouses, our female veterans are facing the same discrimination by their able bodied spouses, so this s not a male gender issue only. This is shameful and should be brought to the spotlight at every camapign, newspaper and radio and television. Lets make this a issue they cannot ignore, abide by the law, do not use profanity, these questions can be brought up in a professional manner. So write all elected officials and demand some answers, but be professional and abide by laws, no threats not bad language. Thank you for your time, we are in this together, in numbers their is strength, get you families and their friends and neighbors involved. Have them call news organizations and elected officials, their comes a time it cannot be ignored, but is the numbers, the million man march was noted and could not be ignored, lets get millions to sound off on this issue. Macat- join both the lawsuits that are pending against the VA. Morrison and Foerester(mofo.com) has one pending and Gary Kendall has another.gary's email is gary001ok@yahoo.com. One way or the other these will get the attention of the VA and get something done. Until we unite together in the fight nothing will get done to change the statis quo.

Hi Asel,
I find it some what strange that I can relate to this posting as well; your right when you say that the EEOC discriminates. I have also been down this road, but it does no good to complain; I have written my representatives, the inspector general of the DOJ, the media. I took the EEOC to court, but it did no good. NOBODY GIVES A DAM!!!! I'm sorry to have to say that, but it's true. |

The EEOC discriminates against vets to are not of minority status as well as the VA. Harsh retaliation is policy when many vets make an effort to exercise their earned rights as vets. Both political parties are guilty of promoting such injustice. Concerned vets who vote should voice their concerns to their political party.
I had once had high hopes for fairness and positive change with the Republican Party, but now we see that they're mostly politically correct and go with the flow. They still need to hear our concerns and let them know that if our rights are not restored, they will not get our votes. A boycott should get their attention and let them know that we're fed up with our benefits and jobs going to foreigners, illegal immigrants, and those of the right color. I encourage all concerned vets to speak out and enourage other vets to do the same. The Republican National Committee at rnc@gop.com and also call your congressmen and senator. There is strength in numbers and I hope that thousands of vets will wake up and do their part for change. |

I have larned that the VA organizations are only interested in memberships dues fron vets and from the unspecting public of whom does not know how these organiations are very much a part of violating veterans rights instead of being a solution. State VA reps also violate vets rights. Some reps have vets to sign their names to blank disability claim sheets and never file the claims. The Virginia Dept. of Veterans Affairs reps are good at this. When we complain, we suffer the consequences as we do when we complain about abuse at a VA Hospital. They need to be exposed! Sending letters to newspaper editors is a good start.

The RNC and DNC both need to hear from vets regarding our rights being violated and how we're fed up with both parties failing to keep their promises to veterans. Hillary CLinton and Obama both want a national health care system. That has already begun with illgeal immigrants. Could you imagine the mess that they would make? Take a good long look at the VA and then imagine a government managed health care system. The Republican National committee email is rnc@gop.com. They need to hear from concerned vet so that our voices may be heard for a change. I let them know that I will not vote for any republican due to their negelgence and deliberate attempt to violate our rights. Perhaps letting them know that a veteran boycott of elections will get their attention. Also, contacting your state elected officials should also get their attention.

All government agencies discriminate against vets if their skin isn't the right color or if they're not from the Mid East. After years of being denied employment at federal agencies, I finally set up an appointment to file a reversed race discrimination complaint with the EEOC. Shortly after, my representative at the VA Hospital with rehab had told me I had blown any chances of ever geting a job at the government facility simply because I had made an effort to file a complaint. The Office of the Inspector General also uses the same policies against vets who file complaints of abuse and reversed race discrimnation at a VA Hospital such as the McGuire VAMC, Richmond. They promote further abuse and we have no recopurse of action.

I agree with you on us veterans sticking together, that's easy to say,if we would stick together the elections would have turned out better then they did. There are millions of us, I belong to a bunch of veterans organizations and only a hand full of vet's do the work, it seems like every body wants someone else do all the work. With the record of the VFW-DAV-AMERICAN LEGION, I'm pulling out of them, I'll put my money some place that will help vet's and not the people running these groups.I get more done on my own and with better results then these groups have. There has to be a group that actualy helps the vet. Just my opinion.

I'll reply to my on post, and make the first stance. After being honorably discharged in 2001, I sought out employment with the VA; they turned me down twice.
I later learned that a discharged code on my DD-214 may have played a role in their decission. I wanted to work people, and to this day I still want to work, but no one will hire me. I have been discriminated against by not only the federal government, but also the city government, the state government, and the county government. And when I turned to the EEOC for help; they refused to help me, an in doing so violated my civil rights. Do I care about retaliation for whistle blowing? No, that's suppose to be illegal, but wait; then again I am a vet. |
