CVA lawyer Peter Sebekos was hired by me in
2003 out of Niagara Falls, NY to handle both
my VA SCC case at VARO-New York City, and my
PCB litigation at US District Court in Birmingham.

I began making monthly payments
to him to finance the personal injury suit,
but as fast as the retainer was signed, I started getting one excuse after another from him as to why he couldn't get anything done.
He got my C-File from VARO and was in agreement
that I had a case, but then endlessly doodled
time and time again with "arranging" the C-file
and all this other nonsense. It got worse.

He took day-jobs and told me that he was behind several thousands of dollars in his taxes and was going to be working my case at night. I would get calls from him in the early
evening and what got my attention was his
relentless forgetfulness. We were having the
same case conversations over and over again.
I was starting to think Alzheimers.

He filed my Monsanto case in Birmingham, and
continued making excuses why he couldn't get
to my VA side of the retainer. About 2 months
into the personal injury case, I fired him.
Lo and behold -- upon his firing at Birmingham
court, he proceeded to release my client privileged papers to the Monsanto attornies
as "pleadings". He skipped town with my remaining $300 which I was entitled to as a reimbursement on my prepaid account.

Albany is nearly 300 miles from Niagara Falls, and New York law is such that a Plaintiff has to file a court case where the Defendant lives. I am mobility-impaired and on SSD. It would cost me a fortune to have to travel back and forth to Niagra Falls to keep up a malpractice suit on Peter, and I am still stuck alone maintaining my personal injury case in Birmingham.

When I finally had more time, I went to the
public library and obtained the Niagara Falls
phone book. It seems that Peter Sebekos not
only had no listing whatsoever (not as a lawyer or as a resident) in the phone book, but I
also found at the Court of Veterans Appeals that he was using a different address than what
I had been using.

A search of law websites such as Martindale.com showed that Peter had never worked since leaving law school with a regular type law firm. He was exclusively a home office. His cell phone number was in Canada, and over time, he had confessed to me that he and his wife had a home across the Canadian border.

Veterans need to avoid Peter as an attorney
at the Court of Veterans Appeals. This guy
is a charmer over the phone, but as time goes
by, the red flags go up that he may be an
alcoholic or drug abuser.

I saw nothing out of Peter's law work, after doing numerous court cases myself since the 1980's as a pro se litigant, that told me that Peter really had anything going on that showcased any real law school abilities. Short of his listing at Martindale, I was hard pressed to even determine that he really is an attorney.

REPLY TO CONNIE:

Well Connie, everyone else knew this
story except you apparently. Which is
why you are up against a brick wall
out here aligning yourself with this
AOL mental illness squad that you have.

The details in this Fort McClellan
matter will absolutely BURY you when
you try to run your dumb mouths in
high places not realizing they have
all the papers they need for validation
on these PERSONAL legal and medical
matters.

You have aligned yourself with the
Fraud cases, so the choice is yours
in what you do next.

If I see any harm or harrassment
coming out of this Peter Sebekos
story, then it will be under your
name that the criminal complaint
is filed and you can join your
Straight Jacket friends in the same
cell when it happens.

I don't mind helping people and
I like to share information, but if you
are just here Connie to make trouble
with ulterior motives, then let's
all know about it right now and
get it done.
