law firms but here at Vets For Justice ?

Smoger Law Firm apparently advertises in a large
way that they take Agent Orange Vet cases among
other things. Some Vets may have been represented by them and that is ok.

But I was on the chase for an attorney for PCB exposure during Army service, and Smoger gave me the rat-chase. After having their aloof and bungling law clerk call me after I posted an email for inquiry at their site, the guy seemed lost and confused as he answered the phones and talked to other people right as I was trying to describe my court case currently filed in US District Court in Birmingham. He then had me
fax over a copy of the Court complaint -- none of the evidence papers, just the commencement
complaint.

The next bungle that I got was a phone call
saying he was "shopping my case around to other law firms". I was thinking "well, why --- you don't even know what the case is ?"
Sure enough, I received a letter of rejection from them telling me that my case had expired and could not be filed in court and they would
not represent me.

Well, that blew smoke out of my Vet ears because I have been carrying the case
all by myself for a full year now and the
judge has held that it can proceed.

Smoger and Associates are accused of being so incompetent and self-absorbed that they do not even know how to do a case review which is pretty much Law 101. Avoid these turkeys like the plague who want to appear like they know the Veterans arena, when really they are a storefront for bungling.
