There was recent coverage of the
VA "Shreddergate" story on the St.Pete
Times. I contacted the reporter who wrote
the piece, and informed him of Ed Crobsy
work on the diverting of VA claims rewards.
I manged to get both of them together,
and I think that Ed may get some coverage
for his work in that area. The St.Pete Times
has a pretty good record when it comes investi-
gative reporting.
We need more real National coverage on this issue, and I'm surprise that there is no
mention of it on the site. It's the "smoking gun" to uncover where all those 100's of Millions or Billions may have gone.

Welll....

I'm somwhat well versed in the intracascies of RICO,and I submitt to you that the exchange of cash is what this whole operation is all about. Granted, getting access to all the supporting evidence would be a daunting task indeed, and sending those involed to jail problimatic at best.I will probably go to my just reward with the words money laundering and indentity theft on my lips.BUT, you can never know for sure how this play out.Ask Dick Nixon and Ken Lay. Yea I know, there both dead.

For those of you dreamers who feel so
indulged, you will never, ever in my
lifetime ever get a RICO prosecution
against a federal agency so move on
and let go is my message to you. We
can not even get a fraud prosecution
on much more convincing matters.

The Dept. of Justice won't go there
with you, and without them it doesn't
happen.

You are all using the basics of the
language of the law, instead of reading
the tonage and volumes of case citations
which have redefined the actual
meaning of the statutes. Money
exchanging hands is one of the legal
tests put up for RICO and average
you and me veterans simply don't have
the kind of access to meet that kind
of a legal test (among other things).

Let go of it and move on and follow
our lead in Washington for advancing
the "falsified documents" theory in
new legislation.

bye

Sue:

I base my observations on the scientifically sound and reproducable "Duck Theory" which states that is it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quack's like a duck, it MUST therefore be a Duck! This translate's into the more familiar 'RICO" phenominum, that being that is a an ongoing, deliberate, criminal fraud in real time.
You can either subscribe to the theory that events are just random, unassociated event's with no underlying meaning, or conscious well thought out with specific movitive's. I choose the the latter, the only choice for a rational, logical mind. I quite no less a scholar than Henry Kissinger who said that "even paranoids have enimies". There !

The official Senate statement is very
much posted on this Forum page on
ShredderGate and as we get more information
from real and genuine news sources it
will be further posted. It goes without
saying that all Veterans are outraged
everywhere on this matter but to spin
wheels on things we don't really know
or to speculate fiction into a rathole
isn't going to serve this process.

The factual side of this matter is
in the hands of the Senate and that
is who we are looking to for additional
information on the Shreddergate scandal.

Also, this only confirms what we
have already been saying at this website
for 2 straight years now: that Veterans
claims are FALSIFIED and everyone would
do well to start using that word
when you approach Congress for your
oppositions. We have said this at least
a million times.

Much of this Veterans arena has to start
learning to get on the same page when
those of us who are in the know, brings
forward the right advocacy projects
to put falsified Veterans claims down.
This means getting the VSO's out of
the system because they are nothing
more than the VA suck-up squad who
is keeping the status quo locked
into place.
