It's real simple to see, and just about
anybody can see it if you only look
and read it with half a brain. The
Veterans lawsuit against the VA out
in San Diego is a loud, screaming,
message that VSO "clubs" are a thing
of the past, and todays Veterans
are no longer flocking to the dumb
and the old anymore to advance their
patient rights at the VA.

Unfortunately, it seems that the
Associated Press has still not
gotten the message or are themselves
too dumb to be able to sort out what
is really going on in our national
Veterans constituency.

There is one thing, for sure that
I can define for real, what is happening
in the news media on VA related stories:
the reporters themselves are bored
and lazy Slackers who don't want
to take on complex stories, and almost
everything related to the VA and
the corruption that it hides inside
is nothing less than complicated.

We have handed off to a new generation
of airheads, Slackers, and the name
of the game is any ole story that
can be put together in 5 minutes flat
and then milked repetitively for
days on end, with blow by blow accounts
that nobody else is interested in
reading about.

We have heard so much small detail
on the Clinton-Obama primary that
nobody in the public cares anymore
about reading on it. The same is
true on Britney Spears, Anna Nicole
Smith, and a short list of other
undeserving targets who are the
same story, different day -- as if
any of the rest of us really needs
to know.

The veterans lawsuit against the VA
in San Diego is held by veterans
not under the wing of VSO clubs (DAV,
VFW, DAV and the like). The VSO's,
for those who still don't get it,
are the very reason why the VA has
been allowed to descend into the
dumping ground from hell to the
point that it now is.

The VA and the DOD figured out a few
things very early on in the early
years of the Veterans arena evolution:
by allowing the VSO's to be decieved,
tricked, and manipulated using their
own incompetence, stupidity, and
unbridled ego trips which feeds their
group psychotic delusions of being
a Legend-In-Their-Own-Minds, then
the VA and DOD could effectively
do and accomplish whatever corrupt
practices and medical malpractice
they wanted to do --- right out in
the open even, without these VSO
clubs ever catching onto the dirt
they are involved in.

By fronting the VA agency itself,
a ship of fools in it's own right,
with yet another layer of ship of
fools known as the VSO clubs, it
is the perfect crime syndicate of
the Dumb leading the Stupid and
who among them knows any better?

Enter the Associated Press with it's
reporter pool of fast and dirty,
and let me just make 2 phone calls
and get some kind of a contrived
story put out on the wire service.
Yes it's Slackers Paradise at the
AP!

The VA has been involved for many
decades now in systemmic malpractice
and then passing this out as faker
"press releases" to the morons of
the AP as "Veterans services". Of
course we have always known out
here by all the Hell we have been
catching in our mailboxes that the
truth had nothing to do with the
VA providing "Veterans services",
but it wasn't until the Internet
went public and enough of us could
get our sorry selves on-line to
start talking to each other that
we could figure out that the VA
was really screwing all of us by
design.

But the Associated Press has not
yet caught onto that reality check.
The roadblock appears to largely
rooted in the fact that the Associated
Press is still caught up in it's
Parrot-Head "bravado worship" of
combat and glory and refuses to open
itself up to Veteran activists who
walk around with the full story on
the VA but have no combat notches
made in their canteen belts.

The Associated Press actually excludes
itself from the most knowing of
Veterans activists who are available
in our population across the country,
and this "formula reporting" they
have imposed internally is shit for
the birds, make no mistake.

In recent months, and just since
the VDBC Commission was set into
motion, we saw a handful of Associated
Press articles where they went running
to the VSO clubs, namely DAV as a starter
or perhaps American Legion too, and
then actually referred to this ship
of fools as "experts" in the VA
disability claims system.

Where else but only in the VA and
Veterans arena are nothing more than
social "CLUBS" held up as "experts"
by the Associated Press where not
one single medical doctor is among
them and too often, not even one
single licensed attorney among
them either: but here comes the
Parrot-Head Associated Press holding
these VSO clubs as "experts" in
VA disability claims. Go Figure!

Well HELLO! AP ----- how exactly do
you think the VA orchestrated this
entire mess right in front of the faces
of DAV and American Legion so that it
got to the mess of corruption and
fleet of bungles that it now is?
Yes AP: wake up and smell the cornbread,
it was the many layers of DUMB and
INACTION at the VSO clubs who have
protected them and shielded them
at the VA for all this time.

So here is the AP running back to
the VSO clubs to get a "reaction"
or a "read" on the newest malpractice
developments on the VA. Now I ask
you, can you find a single rational
moment in any of this at all??

Because I CAN'T and I just wanted
to make sure it just wasn't me
who sees all the dog chasing it's
own tail in this scenario.

This is a little on the same level
as the coma inaction that we
all witnessed on our TV sets during
the unfolding of the hurricane
Katrina disaster in New Orleans:
droves of people screaming for HELP
into TV cameras while a dumb and useless
news media and cover-our-ass government
ran for the hills!

The Associated Press really does have
to grow up and start bumping up it's
game on the coverage of VA stories
and to accommodate outreach efforts
by Veteran activists who are trying
to get real and valid news picked
up by the wire services. The AP
has to install a news reporting team
called "complicated news" or something
of the like, and to start allowing
Veterans to load VA corruptions stories
into that. These would be news
stories which cannot be developed
in 2 phone calls flat, or 5 minutes
flat, but has to be treated almost
the same way that a new and up and
coming Feature story would be developed.
It would require time and analysis
devoted to sorting out what the
VA really is or is not doing to
Veterans and how they are going
about accomplishing it.

The Associated Press has been all too
accommodating to a lame and sorry and
disinterested Congress too. As
shown and demonstrated in my chat
entry below on Senator Daniel Akaka,
long after it's apparent that the
VA is right out in the open and
involved in systemmic medical malpractice,
the Associated Press then turns around
and puts out Akaka's press release
without even so much as questioning
him to say: "Hey wait a minute --- isn't
that the legal meaning of "medical
malpractice" ?? Or how about: "Hey
wait a minute --- shouldn't Congress
be issuing "obstruction of government
sanctions" or maybe "perjury sanctions"?

Ya see, there really is a problem
here, and I have said so for YEARS
now, and as the San Diego Veterans
lawsuit nears to a close and the
day of ruling is about to be known,
the Associated Press will be forced
to bow it's head for the layers
of bungles and Slacker screwups
that it has contributed all by itself
to the harboring of VA corruption
and malpractice which has always
been out in the open all along.
If only they had a brain.

When it's all finally said and
done in San Diego, it will then
be a waiting game to see just how
long it takes for the Associated
Press to wipe the Stuck-On-Stupid
from it's lazy reporter faces and
pick themselves up off the floor
and do there coverage of VA better
in the future for the safety and
rescue of damaged Veterans everywhere.

The New Orleans VAMC were replacing their phone system and the replacement took more than a year. During that time, veterans could not get their prescriptions refilled by phone and the hospital staff could communicate with each other within the hospital. It was a communications nightmare. The veterans that needed care the most were the ones that suffered most.
I called all the local news media in the area and they were not interested. I notified Bobby Jindal (US Congressman) and he did not respond at all. Bobby Jindal has been very ineffective for anything with veteran affairs but, as a member of the Health Care Committee he brought Louisiana from 47th to 50th rank in Health Care. He was so pitiful that the republican Party is making him their hero of the future and we made him Governor.
At least he will be unable to do harm to Veterans on a national level.
