It is here that corrupt and
incompetent VA Adjudicators
call home, complete with a
wealthy and elitist "benefits"
package that any injured or
sick Veteran would drool over, including
full access to free labor union legal
representation to oppose court
claims against employees, as
well as a 30% fee scale on all
other legal lawyer representation for
their personal protection.

If that don't beat all !!

Boasting a total membership
of 10 million members, with
600,000 of them in Washington
DC alone, and claiming to have
a 40% chunk of that occupied
by.....you guessed it, other VETERANS!,
this elitist Catholic factory to
nowhere is positioned for the ultimate
gang bang on the sick
and unrepresented Veterans of the United
States. It ought to be viewed as a
Communist Front Organization and
hold that thought for later use on Capitol
Hill !!!

It should be noted there was
a half-baked attempt last
Congressional session in 2006
to enact a new law to require
Veterans to PAY for their lawyers.
In the meantime, the criminals
themselves have free or a hugely
discounted rate for their end.
Does the word "teeter-totter" come
to your mind?

Right now, there is no destination
anywhere who provides free lawyers
to Veterans for their disability
cases until they are all the
way up to the level of the
U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals.

The disaster in that is, all of
the corruption and perpetration
takes place at the lower agency
levels of litigation procedure
from the VA Regional Offices AND
the Board of Veterans Appeals.
So while sick and injured Veterans
are literally getting their
asses kicked at the lower levels
where there is not one single
Judicial Misconduct procedure
for medical patients to invoke,
the Labor Unions with all of
their unlimited flow of money,
income, resources, and "benefits"
packages are coming at the
Veterans by the hundreds, by
the thousands and raping and
looting the Veterans disability
pay interests. What a crowd,
don't ya think ?? Al Capone
would be proud that his legacy
lives at the American Federation
of Government Employees.

Apparently Catholic-obsessed
president John Gage, a former
Social Security Claims Adjudicator
himself turned labor union
national president, is trying
to be a bookend copy to his
mirror image, VA Secretary
Jim Nicholson. This is a
conglomerate configuration that
only Catholics would think
of to put upon 737,000 sick
medical patients, and the fact
that neither one of them has
a clue about just how illegal
and corrupt all of these
relationships are is characteristic
of the kind of Catholic dumb
often seen in other places
just before a mass FIRING
takes place !!

While the American Federation of
Government Employees does span
their membership across all other
agencies to include fire departments,
what I found to be interesting
is the incestuous conflict of
interests and the little too cozy
elbow-rubbing that goes on between
the members who are VA claims adjudicators,
and Social Security claims adjudicators,
AND the U.S. Dept. of Justice,
which lo and behold is fully
suspended from the reach of
disenfranchised Veterans who
have had their disabilty ruling
documents falsified.

H-m-m-m-m-m!! There
oughta be an investigation here
I am thinking.

2007 may very well usher in a
new Vet strategy to take on
the wealthy and powerful who
are in our freakin faces every
waking hour of the day and
night to Piddle and Diddle
our lives away with more
claim adjudication nonsense to
nowhere than any rational human
being on the planet earth can
even keep track of. For
those of you Veterans who have
tried to take down the national
Goliath before, please know
you were throwing stones into
the wrong office windows. It
is this very labor union where
y'all have to wage warfare.

For the sake of us all doing
the collective groan together
and getting an early start
on what is sure to come later
on as true Justice for
all Veterans who are trapped
for entire lifetimes inside
the VA disabilty Comp & Pen
system ---- here we go everybody
let's do this together in unison:

involved in patient abuse, patient
exploitation, and patient neglect
at the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs
agancy against all sick and injured
U.S. military Veterans. They have

Make no mistake these AFGE boneheads
put it right out there front
and center at their website that
YES they do own and operate
a Political Action Committee
(PAC) and it is here that all of you
can come to understand why all
Court cases are routinely dismissed
or denied when Veterans file lawsuits
against them.

What Veterans have to do now is
focus all of their laser beams on the
money trail that flows from AFGE to
election campaigns, and only then can
the Advocates start the unified takedown
of this crapola crime syndicate who is
murdering our Veterans with their
relentless and lifelong nonesense
to nowhere inside the national
VA disability claims arena.

We need to collect names and
donation dates and to who was
what paid, because I am betting
here that a huge scandal skunk
is lurking under the chairs
of the House & Senate Veterans
Affairs Committees, if only
you would all take time to
look in that direction. Where
Oh Where is the (PAC) money
going? This is a fair question
to know.
