really, how can we ever fight the va? they lie ,keep you In limbo for years,we have a on going issue that will never see the light of dayour issue is a forged remand ,that wiped out ,all appeals and remand. To make matters worse we have been using a lawyer on base,he was working with va,claimed we closed all appeals ,and va had proof of this, we have never closed a appeal or remand, we always fax, to va , and va does not have a fax, to close our appeals, but the base lawyer claimes va does have copy of fax,we revoked his poa today.who needs this ,all va does is deny ,until you die, I am looking for a private lawyer now, to hell with the base lawyer, betty priam
