| I'm sure that you saw this news photos of Hurricane Gustav slamming ashore at New Orleans in the past few days. But Oh My God I couldn't help but bring it over for a closer look. Tell me Vets, does THIS look "safe" to YOU ????? Holy Crap! If I had a house anywhere near this I would run for the hills as fast as my feet would take me !!! This Levee is NOT for the faint-hearted for sure. It is paper thin, and HELLO!, it is holding back the Mississippi River only by INCHES!! Which side of Dumb was George Bush raised on?? And who is heading up the Army Engineering Corps these days who had flaming GALL to offer THIS up as the final solution to a quarter million people living in the city?? Who is the Moron who did this? --- I wanna talk to him. This photo is something that will take your breath away if you haven't already seen it. I know!-- Let's put a childrens daycare center just a few feet from this wall and let's just see how god dam SAFE it is? This is how the Bush administration rationalizes "federal disaster" everybody so remember this photo when you all go to the voting booths this November. This photograph is an Iconic symbol for what the Republican bean-counter administrations stand for. It can be said that the same thing is true in their handling of the VA and the Pentagon, so let this photograph ring true in your eyes on Election Day.
